With the judgement from 12 May 1998 the regional court Hamburg decided that one has to also answer for contents of the lined side by mounting of a on the link of ggf.. This can be prevented only by the fact that one dissociates oneself expressly from these contents!!! I would like to dissociate myself expressly from contents on my homepage linked sides!!!! I do not have influence on the organization and contents of these linked sides. This applies for banners to all on my homepage attached links and, as well as for contents of the sides to those these links and banners lead!!!
